No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Please provide your full billing address on the Registration Form.   CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation received prior to March 31st, 2009 will be refunded 70% less handling fee and bank service charge. Cancellation received prior to April 30th, 2009 will be refunded 50% less handling fee and bank service charge. No refund will be made after this date. All cancellation must be done in writing to apply for refunds.
