to the Botanical Gardens,
Germplasm Bank, Botanical
Museum and Herbarium will
take place on 24th June
from 17.30 to 19.00. Those
interested in attending
one of the visits can complete
the request form available
at the Congress Secretariat
Desk located in the Congress
Venue.

number of seats are still
available for the social
dinner. Requests will be
processed on a first come,
first served basis. The
social dinner fee is now
Euros 60.00 per person.

no refund will be made for
cancellations received April
30th 2009.

notification of abstracts
acceptance by the Scientific
committee will occur on
April 30th and not on April
15th. We apologize for the
inconvenience but the postponed
deadline regarding the abstract
submission has caused delays
in the evaluation.
